At Nutrawoma, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below for details on returning products and receiving a refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Products that are damaged due to misuse or negligence are not eligible for return.
• Certain items such as perishable goods, opened health supplements, or hygiene-related items are non-returnable.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at nutrawoma@gmail.com with the following details:

• Your order ID
• Name and contact information
• Reason for return
• Photos of the item (if applicable)

3. Return Process

• Once your return is approved, we will arrange for a pickup or provide instructions for return shipment.
• The item must be securely packed to avoid damage during return transit.
• After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
• If you paid by COD (Cash on Delivery), we will initiate a bank transfer or offer store credit as per your preference.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at nutrawoma@gmail.com.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and you will need to request a return.
